Join us for a magical evening of mindfulness under the open sky at The Patch. As the sun sets over Table Cape Tulip Farm, immerse yourself in a sensory journey designed to ground, nourish, and rejuvenate. With breathtaking views, the crackle of firepits, and the gentle sounds of nature, this is your time to slow down and reconnect. 🗓 Date: Saturday, 29th March 🕗 Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm 📍 Location: Table Cape Tulip Farm, 363 Table Cape Rd 🌿 What’s Included: ✨ A guided evening of meditation, breathwork, sound bowls, and deep stretches ✨ The soothing ambience of firepits under the open sky ✨ A beverage of your choice to enjoy after class ✨ All-day entry to the farm so you can visit earlier if you wish ✨ A fresh bloom to take home 🌙 Event Schedule: 6:30pm: Event entry opens—arrive early, take in the peaceful views, and settle in. 7:00pm: Class begins with breathwork to ground the body and mind 7:15pm: Mindfulness and meditation exercises to awaken the senses 7:45pm: Deep stretches and relaxation under the stars 8:30pm: Enjoy your choice of beverage by the firepits, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere Let this be your time to delight in the beauty of sight, sound, taste, and scent—all while surrounded by the last blooms of the season. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and warm layers for comfort. Class passes can be used for the class portion of the event—please message me directly through the website chat, email, or social media to arrange this.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling (for paid classes and events): Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the class without any penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund. 2. No-Show Policy (for paid classes and events): No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you do not attend a booked class and fail to cancel or reschedule, the class fee will be forfeited. 3. Class Passes: Class Passes are non-transferable and must be used by the individual whose name is on the pass. Class Passes are valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions cannot be carried over beyond the expiration date. If you are unable to use your Class Pass due to medical reasons or illness, you must notify Tassie Active in writing as soon as possible. Tassie Active may extend the validity period of your pass at its discretion, subject to the provision of supporting documentation (e.g., a medical certificate). 4. Class Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 5. Health and Safety: Pilates classes and events are forms of physical exercise and, as with any physical activity, carry a risk of injury. By participating, you accept these risks and agree that Tassie Active is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that arise. Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the class. Please consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. 6. Late Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time if it is your first class. 7. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables safe. 8. Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 16 years old. Minors must have parental consent to attend classes.
